Self-Pay Testing & Ordering

Certain tests offered through our Shop can be ordered directly by patients without a physician referral. Orders placed through our Shop are subject to our Direct-to-Consumer Testing Informed Consent. Test availability, specimen collection requirements, and turnaround times are estimates and are not guaranteed, and may vary based on your location and the specific test ordered.

Pricing & Payment

Prices for self-pay tests are listed on our Shop and are subject to change without notice; the price charged will be the price displayed at the time you complete checkout. Payment is processed securely by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Cancellations & Refunds

If you need to cancel or reschedule an order, contact us as soon as possible at info@matrigene.com or (818) 658-2122. Because laboratory testing involves specimen collection and processing costs, orders that have already been collected or processed are generally non-refundable. We will address refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
